Mr. Chiadini advises leading national and international companies on all aspects of employment law including redundancies, restructuring processes, non-compete covenants, negotiation with trade unions, employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions, disciplinary proceedings, establishment and termination of employment relationships, also concerning top managers, and litigation before Italian Courts.
Since the issuing of the regulations concerning the companies’ administrative liability (pursuant to L.D. June 8th, 2001, no. 231), Mr. Chiadini has gained a significant experience in drawing up “Organizational Models”, as well as in their implementation.
Mr. Chiadini graduated in Law in November 1999 from the Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna and is a member of the Milan Bar Association
Mr. Chiadini is member of AGI, Associazione Giuslavoristi Italiani (i.e. the Italian Employment Lawyers Association).
